BCES specializes in business and engineering development solutions. We offer management consulting and engineering services, such as system and mechanical design and detailing, 3D/2D CAD modeling (using SolidWorks 3D, Mechanical Desktop, and AutoCAD), electrical layout and wiring, software and PLC programming. 

Our experience also includes considerable work in prototyping machine-vision systems (everything from initial design to fabrication). Our expertise includes project management, organizational development, and product implementation jobs, such as  MRP/ERP changeover/implementations (from inception to completion), change management processes, and extensive TQM knowledge of ISO-9001 (2000).
